Stunning Yosemite Valley and Tuolumne Meadows Elopement
Yosemite National Park is the PERFECT place to elope! It is such a massive park with so many incredible different locations to explore!
Want my 3 best tips for the most epic Yosemite elopement photos?
1) Yosemite is a MASSIVE park with so many incredible locations to explore!! With a huge variety of scenery options to choose from, book a 3-day elopement photography package to take full advantage of the park’s beauty.
2) Stay in the park or as close to the entrance as possible! You don’t want to waste time traveling!
3) You currently need a reservation to enter the park, which actually makes it the perfect time to visit due to crowd control! If you’re just visiting the park to scope everything out, 80% of reservations for the month open up at 7am PST on the 1st of the month before. So set your alarm and GET READY to grab your entrance reservations to visit!
To elope in the park, you’ll need to apply for a Yosemite National Park Weddings & Committment Ceremonies Permit here.
Did you know that the road to Glacier Point and Taft Point will be closed next year? If you want photos at those iconic spots, apply for your permit ASAP to elope this year!
Even if you don’t elope this year though, there are still plenty of other incredible locations to capture gorgeous photos of you and your boo at! Yosemite Valley, El Capitan Meadow, Tuolumne Meadows, Tenaya Lake, and Olmsted Point are all great locations in the park that don’t require the road to Glacier Point or Taft Point.
