Balboa Park San Diego Engagement Session

When Katherine and Marlon reached out to me about their La Jolla wedding, I knew instantly that we would get along. These two are hilarious, full of life, and so much fun to be around! For their Balboa Park Engagement Session, we hung out in the Botanical Building and Palm Canyon Trail! This was my first time in this area and it did not disappoint. A little oasis of lush greenery in the middle of San Diego, I felt like we were instantly transported to a tropical land!

After their photos in Balboa Park, we ended the night doing something these two love to do - eat! I always encourage couples to incorporate locations and activities in their engagement photos that are meaningful to them. Katherine and Marlon told me that something they do a lot is go out to eat! We had the best ramen I have ever had at Hachi Ramen and captured photos that were perfectly reflective of them. I can’t wait for their wedding this year!!
