Magical and Moody Waterfall and Black Sand Beach Iceland Elopement

Iceland is one of the most beautiful and magical places I have ever visited! This waterfall and black sand beach elopement was an absolute dream to photograph!

We started off at the Magical Stay near Seljalandsfoss Waterfall. This gorgeous Airbnb property is right across the street from Seljalandfoos Waterfall and only a quick 15 minute drive from the famous Skogafoss Falls. Jewells and Gunther got ready together at this beautiful Airbnb and we took some photos on property before heading out! Iceland Reynisfjara Black Sand Beach Elopement

We started off with elopement photos at the Reynisfjara Black Sand Beach, about a 40 minute drive from the Airbnb! This gorgeous Black Sand Beach is close to the nearby town of Vik. This is an extremely popular tourist spot, so i definitely recommend arriving early in the morning on a weekday to avoid the crowds!

Iceland Waterfall Elopement

We then headed over to a nearby secret waterfall! While most people tend to gravitate towards the famous Skogafoss Falls, there is actually another lesser known waterfall nearby that is a short hike away. Once you turn the last corner of the hike, you are hit with the most incredible view that looks straight out of a movie. This waterfall was completely empty when we arrived, making it the perfect place for your Iceland waterfall elopement!
